Recuerde que el producto no debe presentar signos de uso, el embalaje y el producto deben estar completos y no presentar signos de uso. Las etiquetas deben permanecer en su sitio. PUBLICIDAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puede presentar una reclamaci\u00f3n sobre el Producto por correo electr\u00f3nico: <strong>polonarkoclothing@gmail.com<\/strong> o por correo postal a la siguiente direcci\u00f3n: <strong>Powsta\u0144c\u00f3w \u015al\u0105skich 116\/56, 53-333 Wroc\u0142aw.<\/strong> Le recomendamos que se ponga en contacto con nosotros a trav\u00e9s del formulario de contacto o por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>La notificaci\u00f3n de denuncia debe incluir:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nombre<\/li>\n<li>Direcci\u00f3n para la correspondencia<\/li>\n<li>Correo electr\u00f3nico<\/li>\n<li>Tipo de bienes reclamados<\/li>\n<li>Descripci\u00f3n precisa del defecto, fecha del hallazgo y fotograf\u00edas<\/li>\n<li>Fecha de compra de la mercanc\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Solicitud del cliente<\/li>\n<li>Forma de informar al cliente sobre la tramitaci\u00f3n de la reclamaci\u00f3n (correo electr\u00f3nico\/correo tradicional\/SMS)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>3.ENV\u00cdO DE DEVOLUCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La devoluci\u00f3n debe enviarse por mensajero a la direcci\u00f3n Kokosowa 13\/1, 53-333 Wroc\u0142aw o directamente a Paczkomaty InPost &#8211; WRO297M en la calle Wojanowska 5, Wroc\u0142aw. Los gastos de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n corren a cargo del cliente.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>4. DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DE FONDOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez aceptada la reclamaci\u00f3n o el desistimiento, el dinero se reembolsar\u00e1 en un plazo de 14 d\u00edas laborables.
