RETURN POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. Please note that the product must not bear any signs of use, the packaging and the product must be complete and not bear any signs of use. The tags must remain in place. You can return the product via the return form, which is attached on this page. The shipping cost of the return is borne by you.

2. ADVERTISEMENT

You can complain about the Product by e-mail: polonarkoclothing@gmail.com or by post to the following address: Powstańców Śląskich 116/56, 53-333 Wrocław. We recommend contacting us via the contact form or by e-mail.

The complaint notification should include:

1. First and last name
2. Address for correspondence
3. E-mail address
4. Type of goods claimed
5. Precise description of the defect, date of finding and photographs
6. Date of purchase of the goods
7. Customer request
8. Manner of informing the customer about the complaint handling (e-mail/traditional mail/SMS)

3.RETURN SHIPPING

The return should be sent by courier to the address Kokosowa 13/1, 53-333 Wrocław or directly to Paczkomaty InPost – WRO297M at 5 Wojanowska Street, Wrocław. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

4. RETURN OF FUNDS

Once the complaint or withdrawal is successful, the money will be refunded within 14 working days. The refund is made by the operator of the payment gateway that the Customer used when purchasing the Product.
